Additionally, the job holder will be responsible for negotiating and representing the company values on a stand-alone basis with both internal and external stake holders. Main Responsibilities: Process purchase requisitions / orders from functional departments, and liaise with requestor for specifications and supplier reference. Lowongan: Corporate Social Responsibility Posted: 28 Jan 2015 06:08 PM PST Tugas Pokok Bertanggungjawab atas pelaksanaan seluruh program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Employee Activities di MAMI sebagai bagian dari strategi perusahaan untuk mencapai dua tujuan utama: (i) tujuan external: meningkatkan volume bisnis, membentuk good corporate image, dan menjadi employer of choice; (ii) tujuan internal: meningkatkan employee engagement score dan keterlibatan karyawan dalam kegiatan yang bertemakan edukasi keuangan ke masyarakat luas/publik Uraian Tugas & Tanggung Jawab 1. Melakukan feasibility study terhadap kegiatan CSR yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan lain di industri yang sama dan/atau dengan industri lainnya 2. Bekerjasama dengan Kepala Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia dalam perumusan kerangka kerja tahunan untuk seluruh program Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) dalam kaitannya dengan edukasi mengenai kesadaran berinvestasi kepada publik/masyarakat luas 3. Berkoordinasi dengan Marketing Communication dan Corporate Affair Department dalam menggandeng media untuk mempromosikan program CSR kepada publik/pihak eksternal. 4. Jika dibutuhkan, turut mendukung sales event dalam kaitannya dengan peningkatan employer branding awareness MAMI. 5. Menjalin kerjasama dengan badan-badan seperti non profit organizations, social communities, existing clients/partners; apabila memungkinkan mengikutsertakan mereka dalam pelaksaan program CSR MAMI. Selain itu, mengeksplorasi peluang bisnis yang dapat diberdayakan dari partnership tersebut. 6. Melakukan background checking (pemeriksaan latar belakang) dari badan- badan seperti non profit organizations, social communities,existing clients/partners, sebelum dimulainya kerjasama dengan mereka dengan menggunakan system Bridger. Sesuai dengan kebijakan internal di MAMI, pemeriksaan Bridger harus dilakukan setiap bulan, untuk hasilnya kemudian dilaporkan ke Department Compliance secara tepat waktu 7. Menjadi bagian dari pengurus Yayasan Manulife Peduli (YMP) dan melibatkan karyawan MAMI dalam kegiatan CSR yang dilaksanakan oleh YMP 8. Membuat perumusan kerangka kerja tahunan untuk seluruh program Employee Activities di MAMI melalui sinergi dengan Yayasan Manulife Peduli (YMP) dan juga Employee Relation Department di tim HR-AJMI. 9. Mengajukan proposal estimasi biaya berserta waktu pelaksanaan untuk setiap kegiatan CSR dan Employee Activities setiap tahunnya untuk kemudian ditelaah dan diputuskan oleh Kepala Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia dan/atau Presiden Direktur beserta Direksi. 10. Bertindak sebagai Country Employee Engagement Survey Coordinator untuk MAMI, di mana tugas yang dimaksud mencakup hal-hal berikut, namun tidak terbatas pada, (i) verifikasi kepesertaan survey, (ii) sosialisasi kepada karyawan mengenai kegiatan ini, (iii) mengajak karyawan MAMI untuk berpartisipasi dalam survey tersebut, (iv) komunikasi hasil survey kepada seluruh karyawan MAMI di Jakarta dan luar kota 11. Bekerjasama dengan para Employee Engagement Champion (EEC) dalam menjawab isu-isu yang mengemuka dari hasil survey tahunan; Secara regular melakukan Monthly EEC Meeting dan mengumpulkan ide/input yang diberikan untuk menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam merumuskan kerangka kerja tahunan Employee Activities. 12. Memberikan laporan bulanan dan juga tahunan terhadap kegiatan CSR dan Employee Activities yang sudah dilakukan serta evaluasi terhadap efektivitas dari kegiatan tersebut. 13. Memastikan semua pelaksanaan CSR & Employee Activities di MAMI dijalankan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, seluruh kebijakan internal MAMI, dan/atau peraturan perusahaan perusahaan 14. Melakukan pengarsipan terkait tugas yang termaksud di atas; membuat dokumentasi foto-foto kegiatan CSR & Employee Activities kepada karyawan MAMI dan mendistribusikan ke seluruh karyawan MAMI 15. Bertanggung jawab atas seluruh komunikasi internal di MAMI Kompetensi 1. Lulusan Strata-1 (S1) dengan pengalaman kerja setidaknya 5 � 6 tahun di bidang Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) atau CSR dari industri keuangan 2. Dapat bekerja secara mandiri sebagai individual contributor di bawah supervisi yang minimum dengan selalu menjunjung tinggi prinsip integritas dan nilai-nilai kejujuran dalam menjalankan tugas & tanggung jawab 3.
