Applicants should have a degree and teaching qualification from a highly reputable university, proven experience in designing an IB or other private school curriculum that is rigorous and academically challenging. Applicants should have strong experience with inquiry based teaching and learning and be highly proficient in the PYP or other private school programmes with proven capacity to continuously assess, review and improve the current curriculum. Applicants should also have superb organization skills, a strong sense of planning and accountability, proven ability to mentor, supervise and assess staff performance, successfully manage grade reporting periods, school examinations and tests and take responsibility for all day-to-day operations in the elementary division.
