Key Roles and Responsibilities 1.Prospects new projects to identify good leads and take them to the development stage as appropriate. 2.Identify, in consultation with a multidisciplinary team, the best options for all components of a project: equity partnership, ownership structures, contractors, financing, etc. 3.Manages the overall project development from initiation to financial close in a competitive environment, often with short deadlines.
